Placing an order
Are
you legitimate or authorized to sell discount
attraction tickets?
Yes. Central Florida Tickets and Travel is
authorized to sell discount attraction tickets
for all Central Florida attractions.
How
can you offer discounted tickets?
We
purchase tickets in a large quantity in order to
get a great price and then pass the savings onto
our customers!
How
can I place my order?
The quickest and easiest way to place your order
is to click here and order your tickets
on-line. Phone orders can be placed during
normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8-4) at
407-396-4009.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders are processed the following day after
receipt and then shipped via Airborne Express
(1-2 day delivery); therefore, please allow 3-4
business days for your order to arrive. Hotel
delivery requires at least 48 hours notice.
Will I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes!
You will receive confirmation emails both when
you order and when the tickets have been
processed provided a valid email address has
been included with your order. Tickets will be processed as soon as the
order is received in our office.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has
been submitted?
There is no guarantee an order can be changed or
canceled. If you do wish to make a change
to your order, please email us as soon as
possible or call our offices. If the order has
not been processed, it may potentially be
changed.
Do
you give refunds?
Yes.
Three is a 3% return charge applied to all
orders that are refunded.
Is
the credit card payment area secure?
Absolutely! Credit card orders are placed via a
secure server operated and maintained by our
credit card processor, Link Point
International. The employees at Central Florida
Tickets and Travel do not have access to your
full credit card number.
Payment
What
type of payment do you accept and when?
We
accept Visa or MasterCard at the time the order
is placed. Other forms of payment may be
accepted if order is to be picked up in the
office; please, call for details.
Do
you charge extra for hotel delivery?
Delivery to local hotels is free for orders over
$400. Local hotels are considered to be in
the Disney, Universal Studios, Kissimmee, and
St. Cloud area. Please email us if you require
additional details.
How will my order be shipped and how much will
it cost?
All orders are shipped via Airborne Express with
1 or 2 day delivery. The cost is $13. Global
delivery is $18 to Canada and England. All
orders are shipped with tracking numbers to
ensure accurate delivery.
Do
the prices include sales tax?
Yes! All ticket prices include tax. Often,
ticket sellers will offer a lower price than
Central Florida Tickets and Travel but the final
cost will be more when tax has been added.
Delivery
When will my tickets be delivered if I choose
the hotel delivery option?
Tickets are typically delivered to your hotel the day
before your arrive.
What if they can’t find my package at the hotel?
Our staff leaves clear instructions with the
hotel regarding delivery of your tickets. Also,
a hotel representative is required to sign a
receipt when the package is delivered. Every
effort is taken to ensure proper delivery of
your tickets.
Can
I pick up my order at Central Florida Tickets
and Travel?
Yes. Tickets may be picked up at our offices
during business hours. We suggest that you call
ahead to ensure a representative will be
available to assist you when you arrive.
Can
someone else pick up my order?
We
must have clear instructions from the purchaser
before we will release any tickets to another
party.
Miscellaneous
Why
can I not buy Disney 1-day tickets on your site?
One day Disney tickets may only be purchased at
the gate. Disney does not discount 1-day
tickets.
What is a Florida resident special and how can I
get that rate?
Resident specials offer discount tickets to
Florida residents only. Florida residents may
purchase these tickets at the gate.
Is
your company involved in Timeshare?
Central Florida Tickets and Travel does offer a
stay in Daytona Beach for visiting our
timeshare; however, timeshare sales are not our
primary business and are offered for your
convenience.
Is
there an expiration date on the tickets?
No! All tickets that we offer are without
expiration dates. Purchase your tickets now to
beat price increases!
What if my tickets get lost or stolen?
Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
If your ticket order is lost
or stolen, please contact our offices promptly
and we will assist you if we can. Central Florida Tickets and Travel is not
responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
What is your privacy policy?
Central Florida Travel understands that the
World Wide Web can be a scary place. We
hope that our web store will be a comfortable
place to visit. All information such as
your name, address, and telephone numbers are
kept confidential by Central Florida Travel.
We do not sell any information to third parties.
Additionally, credit card information is
transmitted via a secure server operated and
maintained by our credit card processor.
Central Florida Travel employees do not have
access to your full credit card number. We
