Provisions of offer: There is no cost or obligation to
purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership;
however, the following requirements must be met to receive a vacation:

Husband and wife must attend a 90 minute sales
presentation.

Must be employed full time (no retirees).

Husband and wife must speak fluent English or Spanish.

Combined gross annual income of $40,000. (about $800.00
per week)

Married, husband between ages 25-69 with driver's license
or passport to qualify.

Un-married co-habitants qualify as married if they have
the same address on their ID's.

Single woman must be between ages 30-60 with driver's
license or passport, $40,000 annual income (about $800.00 per week) and a major
credit card.

Must have a major credit card for identification purposes
only.

Florida residents may only qualify if they have a major
credit card (other than residents in Volusia and Flagler County).

Single men without a co-habitant are not currently
eligible.

Must have stayed at least 1 Night at any accommodations
prior to touring.

Resort Tour Reservation requires a $20.00 Refundable
deposit.
